With a background working in community mental health, I have experience with an exceptionally diverse population of clientele. My passion is working with individuals, but I am adaptable to any therapeutic situation.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and pulls from multiple theories. I have found a passion working with trauma using EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness therapies. I encourage my clients to engage in self-care/self-compassion, mindful practices, and to embrace vulnerability. I am open to new ideas and welcome any person who walks into my office.
I believe that we all have the answers within, and I enjoy helping my clients to navigate their journey. Self-exploration can be scary and uncharted territory. Coming into therapy is a bold and courageous move that that lets me know that you are ready for positive changes in your life, and relationships.
