I have over 20 years experience helping people get "unstuck" by holding a safe space, connecting with their body, and acting as a hope merchant. I am a highly trained Trauma Therapist who is Certified in EMDR and Level 1 Internal Family Systems, specializing in working with Asian Americans. I am also a Certified Gottman Therapist and have advanced training in Emotion-Focused therapy .I am a member of CAATCH (Community of Asian American Therapists in Chicagoland).
