I have been working with clients of all ages including adolescents, the young adult population, children, and parents throughout my career through clinical interventions for challenging mental health issues, or coaching for the parents to go through the tough time for their teens. I believe that the most powerful thing during the therapy is the person's unique strength and desire for change. Emotional regulation is the key while rebuilding the new neurological pathway for our brain to process difficult life experiences.
I have been utilizing EMDR and attachment theory, narrative therapy and, other interventions to help out to reduce anxiety, depression, and trauma from the past.
