I have experience in a variety of clinical settings and institutions.I integrate modalities with the aim of facilitating a collaborative space to help you get unstuck, break repetitive patterns and overcome your struggles towards a more fulfilling life. I will help you to gain insight, relate past to present while learning skills through practices that have proven to be effective. My practice in mental health reflects both my background in psychology at the Master level and my Doctoral degree in Biology.
I have helped adults adjust to life changes, work through break up, overcome addictions, learn ways to find relieve from the pressure of panic, reconcile with the past and resolve trauma. I have certifications in Telemental Health (CTMH), Trauma (CCTP), EMDR trained clinician, Dialectical Behavior (DBT).
