Licensed Clinical Social Worker, practicing since 1990's. Ages 10 yrs old to elderly. I provide Psychotherapy in person or through Telehealth to individuals, families, and couples. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, stress management, grief loss, pre-marital and marital counseling, recovery from abusive relationships. Navigating the dating world at all ages and safely choosing healthy partners, adjustments to life changes in aging, employment, divorce and other issues. I have a wide range of educational and life experience in multiple therapeutic settings which allows me to offer the best care for my clients.
I utilize various interventions for healing through Holistic Health, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family systems, Solution focused. Marital therapy using EFT, Gottman Method, Narcissist PD informed.
I will help you increase your self-understanding through an empowering, collaborative relationship in which you can bring your authentic self, process your experiences and emotions in order to work towards personal growth.
