I have over 40 years of clinical practice in a wide variety of settings, working with adults who are struggling with substance use and emotional distress. My philosophy of treatment is person-centered, meaning the relationship we build is the core of our work together to successfully meet your goals. I have many therapeutic techniques in my "toolbox" and will utilize those that best meet the unique difficulties encountered in therapy.
