My approach is specialized for helping adults facing anxiety, depression, life adjustments, relationships issues, and other concerns.
I have provided counseling for 5 years working with adults and children in individual and group settings. I want to provide a non-judgmental environment where clients can achieve greater self-awareness and make mental health a priority. My friendly, conversational style of being with clients makes the self-exploration process non-threatening and supportive.
