I combine a holistic approach, pulling from my previous education in both Eastern Herbal Medicine and traditional methods of psychotherapy. I believe that each person is a mosaic of hopes, dreams, and past experiences that have helped shape who he/she is today. I take great joy and fulfillment from partnering in an active process with my clients.
My skill set involves compassion, rapport building, supportive listening, coaching and empowering. I have witnessed first-hand the powerful impact that evidenced-based interventions and the therapeutic relationship can have on individual and family systems.
