Welcome! Thank you for considering reaching out to inquire about therapy services. I am a Licensed Professional Therapist with a Bachelors in Psychological Science and a Masters in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been in the behavorial health field for about 8 years. I have experience working with children, teens and adults from several ethnic, religious and social economic backgrounds. I have experience in community, private practice and all schools from preschool to college. I use strength-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavorial Therapy.
Through this journey of life we can be faced with obstacles, challenges and struggles. We might find ourselves in dysfunctional relationships, experienced childhood trauma, grief and loss of a loved one and/or feel depressed, anxious or hopeless. Sometimes we might not know where to turn.
I can walk with you to help navigate to find peace, hope, passion, fulfillment and develop tools for self-worth, self-confidence and self-growth.
