Hello! My name is Jayme Begley, LCSW and I am a seasoned social worker with over 15 years of experience in various areas of Social Work. I provide a kind and compassionate therapeutic environment for my clients to share their stories. I consider it an honor to walk shoulder to shoulder with my clients through their healing journey. My goal is to guide my clients to living healthy lives physically, emotionally and spiritually.
As a trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist, I can offer hope and a plan for your healing. I will explore your goals, desires and to develop a plan to guide your healing journey. I am also trained in DBT, CBT, ACT and to work with personality disorders.
