Therapy can be overwhelming and it is important to me to create a place where you can feel safe to be vulnerable. I provide a calm and laid-back environment to offer an inviting atmosphere for you to discuss your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. This is especially important to me because I know that growth happens outside of our comfort zone. We aren’t always aware of what we can achieve, and I enjoy assisting others in opening their eyes to their full potential. I have a strong belief that being willing to explore the challenging pieces of ourselves will allow us to grow.
I received my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount Mercy University in 2020 and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have experience working with children, individuals, couples, and families.
It is my passion to work alongside individuals, children, couples, and families to promote healing, growth, and change. My approach on therapy focuses on joining clients where they are at in their journey and empowering them through non-judgmental and client-focused interventions.
