I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, adults, and couples or relational groups. Some of my areas of interest include identity exploration around sexuality and gender, boundaries, anxiety, depression, and relational concerns.
As a therapist, I am curious, open, and engaging and I strive to bring warmth, humor, and genuine care into the therapeutic space. My goal is to ensure that you feel seen, heard, and comfortable so that we can collaborate to reconnect you with yourself and other aspects of life that bring you meaning.
I believe that therapy is an adaptive practice and I prioritize safety, depth, and a comfortable pace over racing towards the finish line. I use an integrative and holistic approach with both trauma and culturally informed lenses to gain a deeper understanding of where you are at and how we can work together to get you to where you would like to be.
