Welcome! I’m Jay Tyszka, LCSWA. I specialize in helping women heal from eating disorders, body image concerns, yo-yo dieting, and trauma/PTSD. I also treat depression, anxiety, and perfectionism. Whether you're ready to process through past trauma, battling an eating disorder or negative body image, or struggling with anxiety and perfectionism, I am here to offer you a safe and supportive space to explore, process, and heal. Together, we will address your unique concerns and underlying issues, develop a healthier relationship with food, and cultivate self-acceptance.

Because everyone has different lived experiences, I tailor therapy sessions to meet the needs of each individual client. I have a trauma-informed and person-centered treatment perspective and utilize an eclectic approach comprised of evidence-based models. I’m also HAES-aligned.

I’m authentic and intuitive in practice (and in life!). I prioritize building genuine and trusting therapeutic relationships with my clients and creating a safe space for healing.
