The therapy process is a confidential relationship based on mutual respect and trust. The needs of the individual, couple, and family are addressed via traditional and alternative approaches. Dr. Jemail values good listening, kindness, a nonjudgmental approach and draws from the wisdom of research, experience, as well as, common sense. The goal is to promote healing, growth and independence. Therapy via Doxy, FaceTime or phone sessions are an option depending on circumstances. She will provide as needed support out of session.
