My style is Eclectic & Client-Centered, & most heavily informed by CBT, Mindfulness, Brief Therapy, Psycho-education, & Solution-Focused Therapy. In addition to my clinical training, I'm an educator of Neo-Tantra & sacred sexuality with 16 years of Shamanic practice.
