Together we will unlearn the limiting beliefs that stem from our upbringing and societal narratives, and instead learn how to acknowledge, accept, and deal with the full spectrum of emotions we have. A change in perspective, healthy techniques towards the problem, and acknowledging the healthy/unhealthy parts within us and how they affect us are a few ways I will assist you in our journey together.
