I have a MS in Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology. I specialize in Depression, ADHD, life adjustment issues, anxiety, anger issues, mood disorders. I use cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, solution focused techniques, and mindfulness based techniques. I also borrow from existential psychology to support finding meaning for yourself. I am friendly and warm and will also gently, but firmly, push for the change you desire.
I start with the end in mind and try to formulate individually tailored goals by envisioning a healthy, balanced life where you can wake up ready to cope with a world that may not have changed, but where you can still take pleasure, feel more confident, and find meaning and purpose.
