I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field . My specialties are working with clients experiencing mood disorders (depression, bipolar), anxiety, stress management issues, and coping with life changes. I operate from an eclectic Cognitive Behavioral perspective employing core concepts of Humanism, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, et-al.
