WELCOME – I'm an Individual and Couples Therapist, Board-approved Supervisor, and a Certified Enneagram Coach. I have 20+ years of clinical experience with most age levels, treatment settings, and client concerns. My areas of expertise include stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, relationships, divorce, eating disorders, and grief/loss. I also have specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which are highly effective treatments for PTSD. I am willing to incorporate Christian values when requested by clients. I have in-person and telehealth openings.
As a therapist/coach, I am adept at cultivating a safe, authentic, and collaborative relationship where we will explore the underlying layers of your presenting concern and ways this impacts your personal life. We will also identify your unique gifts, values, strengths, and action steps towards cultivating a vibrant life and meaningful relationships.

Stuttering Social Group (online)
I also co-facilitate a **FREE** bi-monthly social group for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Stuttering Group. This online group is for adults and meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 7pm. As a person who battles stuttering, I know personally the social and emotional difficulties, feelings of humiliation/shame, and the social alienation that so often occurs.
