With my Master of Science degree in Positive Psychology and background as an executive leadership coach, I bring a unique approach to counseling. I emphasize collaboration and empowerment from a client-centered perspective, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Positive Psychology techniques.
