I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents, teens, and adults of all ages. I specialize in helping people with depression and anxiety, and have worked with individuals on the autism spectrum, those suffering from trauma and PTSD, and individuals struggling with codependency issues and substance abuse.

I practice an eclectic counseling style, always incorporating a person-centered methodology that focuses on an individual’s personal needs and goals, while also utilizing motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
