I have considerable experience and success working with individuals who struggle with pornography addiction issues, anxiety, depression, self esteem and other distorted and irrational beliefs of themselves and their experiences in life that results in struggles with daily functioning and coping strategies. I thoroughly enjoy being a part of the therapeutic process while watching individuals make positive changes for the better in their lives.
I have 10+ years of work primarily with individuals who struggle with pornography addictions and other related sexual concerns. I also specialize with individuals that struggle with depression, anxiety, self esteem, self worth, grief & loss. I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Strategies.
