I believe emotional pain not only affects the brain, but permeates through every fiber of the body. Thus, in order for someone to heal completely, a holistic approach is essential. I also believe that every person's healing is different, and I tailor my approach based on thorough assessment and deep listening.
I use a variety of techniques to promote healing, including Brainspotting, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My approach is strongly rooted in the unique relationship created with every client. I am non-judgmental, open-minded, thoughtful, and very sensitive. Empathy, genuiness, and warmth are cornerstones of my work.
