Freedom/Intimacy Anorexia Group

Addictions and addictive behaviors can be crippling to those directly involved and those who love them. Getting out of an addictive behavior can be just as difficult as quitting a drug, but it's true: the opposite of addiction is connection. Freedom/Intimacy Anorexia Groups make it possible not to take on these changes alone. These phone groups are structured support groups using Doug Weiss's workbooks (e.g., "101 Freedom Exercises," etc) to help move members forward in their processes of recovery and growth from sexual addiction, intimacy anorexia, or both.
