My name is Jason and I excited to be a part of your counseling journey! Having worked in the field for over 20 years, I am proud to have helped others in all stages of life. My approach to therapy has been informed by my experience working in Community Mental Health and the value of treating the whole person. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and work to provide a non-judgmental space for you to explore the barriers in your path and highlight your strengths.
I utilize a Person-Centered, Trauma Informed approach and have worked on a variety of topics which have included anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, substance use and other serious mental health diagnoses.
