As a general practitioner, I also help with issues ranging from self-image, depression, and grief, to social and general anxiety, OCD, family conflict and divorce, religious shunning / transitions, adolescent and adult giftedness, nontraditional relationships, and matters of sexual orientation and gender identity (LGBTQ/non-binary affirming).
My specialty is PTSD treatment, with behavioral, psychodynamic, and art therapy options available to help survivors of abuse (physical, sexual, emotional, spiritual/religious), relationship violence, and other traumatic experiences to regain lost senses of personal power, safety, momentum, emotional control, healthier coping skills, and social connection.
