I help adult individuals navigate stress, anger, anxiety, trauma & mood fluctuations. Most of my counseling is done through telehealth.

My practice currently offers telehealth services that integrate EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and faith-based approaches per individual needs to support mental stress in a complex world.
