My practice is person-centered and strengths based focusing on the individual as a whole. I believe everyone has the right to feel heard and supported.
I incorporate mindfulness, self compassion tools, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills into sessions to assist clients in managing unhelpful thought patterns and address difficult emotions. I enjoy working with adults who are looking to make changes in their lives and begin seeing results.
