Do you feel stuck in your relationship? You desire more connection, intimacy, security, and better communication in your relationship but aren’t sure how to get there? Whether you're about to give up or are thriving and just want to strengthen what you have, I believe an even more fulfilling relationship is still possible. I hold the conviction that each one of us was created with the capacity to heal, individually and as a couple. Primarily using Emotionally Focused Therapy, based in Attachment Theory, I can help you and your partner identify unhelpful cycles so that you can become more aware and empowered to create new patterns.

My passion is to create a safe space for you two to be as transparent and vulnerable as possible, while also acting as a compassionate coach who can help to mediate the tension that can sometimes exist in conversations when it’s just the two of you. My approach is one where my client is the relationship, not necessarily just two separate individuals.

While I understand recurring conflict and wounds can feel devastating and overwhelming, I believe there is hope and that repair is possible! Sometimes we just need some extra support. To me, this support looks like me posturing myself as a learner of who you both are as individuals and as a couple. My stance is "team couple" rather than taking sides.
