Utilizing a person-centered and mindfulness based approach, I like to empower my clients so that they are better equipped to manage whatever is coming up for them. I work primarily with teens, adults, and couples, specializing in work with BIPOC and LGBTQ plus communities. The work we will do together involves overcoming trauma, anxiety, and depression.
