I have worked with a wide range of individuals from all walks of life, but I specialize in working with individuals with disorders and disabilities such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and the autism spectrum, to name a few. I like to use evidence-based, person-centered, and cognitive approaches in therapy.
I have dedicated my time and effort to implementing treatment plans designed to help individuals navigate through issues that may have transpired and provide the necessary resources and skills in order to reach my clients full potential in life.
