Hi, I’m Jasmine. I’m a mental health therapist who primarily works with folks having difficulties processing traumas, taming anxieties, or making sense of the nuances of neurodivergence. I believe in the importance of having an individualized approach to therapy for each person. This usually bounces between working with the mind, body, and spirit. I often utilize art and other creative interventions when helpful.
