My name is Jasmine Lackey and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I know making the decision to go to therapy is extremely difficult, but I am excited to work with you! While I specialize in anxiety and overthinking, perfectionism, trauma, life transitions, women’s issues and relationship issues, my goal is to support my client’s in their healing journey to become the best versions of themselves. I aim to provide a warm, non judgemental, safe space for clients while also gently challenging them to confront unhealthy behaviors and/or thinking patterns to improve their relationships with others and themselves.
I enjoy utilizing a client-centered, trauma informed approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, polyvagal informed practices, acceptance and commitment therapy individually or in combination with one another. When clients come to me I want to meet them where they are and collaboratively create a plan to get them to where they want to be.
Lastly, I enjoy working with diverse populations supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. I am so happy that you have made this big step in your life. I offer free 15-minute consultations and am accepting a variety of commercial and Medicaid plans at this time, as well as self-pay via teletherapy and in-person. I can’t wait to work with you!
