Hey, howdy, hey! My name is Jasmine Hopkins. I know that entering into a therapeutic relationship can be hard and scary, especially if this is something new. My approach to therapy is grounded in establishing a collaborative relationship with you. You are in the driver’s seat and I am a guide in your journey to help you get where you want to be in life. If you’re not sure where you want to go, we can work to discover that together. My experience is working with individuals of all ages that have gone through difficult life experiences, are struggling with anxiety or depression, or experiencing everyday struggles.
You have unique talents and gifts that we will explore and utilize to help in your journey. We will also use evidenced based tools along the way such as EMDR and CBT. I am also a trained practitioner of Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) which helps caregivers support children that come from hard places.
In my spare time you can likely find me with my family playing card or board games. I am an avid fan of all things Disney. One of my favorite quotes from the man himself (Walt Disney) is “If you can dream it, you can do it. Always remember that this whole thing was started by a mouse.” What are your dreams?
