Nobody exists in a vacuum and although life can be isolating, you don’t have to do it alone! Times of frustration, stress and disconnection often leave you feeling at your wits end and left with more questions than answers. Like you, I’m human and have faced many struggles when “life starts to life”. While I believe everyone is doing their best, I honor and foster a desire for healthy change. My mission is to walk with you through personal traumas, life adjustments, mental health challenges, substance use disorders and a variety of other conditions.
I utilize a diverse array of evidence-based approaches to draw on purpose, self-efficacy & provide a safe place to heal. We’ll collaborate to investigate root-causes, learn how to identify, and regulate emotions, cope with stressors, prevent crisis, and build skills to navigate challenges so you can enjoy life again.
