Hi! I'm Jasmine, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Pennsylvania, with over a decade of experience in behavioral and mental health across various settings, including hospitals, daycares, schools, and outpatient facilities. Holding a certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I mainly assist those struggling with mood and anxiety disorders, bereavement, anger management, ADHD, the aftermath of significant life-altering events and intimate partner violence.

My therapy style is centered on tackling current issues with practical solutions that improve your well-being. It involves holding you accountable and providing the insights you need, rather than what you might want to hear. I always remain mindful of the fact that my clients are the experts on their own lives.
