As a licensed professional counselor, I have helped individuals work through a variety of experiences (grief, trauma, life transitions, improved emotional regulation and coping, and more). I believe that everyone deserves to have a safe place to help them become the best version of themselves.

I utilize an integrative and eclectic approach in my counseling sessions, as no two individuals are the same and neither will their treatment. Evidence-based treatment will be combined with talk therapy as we work together to figure out what works for you.
