I have over a decade of experience working in the mental health field. I believe that a safe and secure therapeutic experience can be a catalyst for change, growth, and healing. I bring authenticity, empathy, and knowledge into the therapeutic space in order to meet individuals where they are and equip them with the tools needed to live a dynamic and fulfilling life.
