And why does it feel like I'm going crazy? Processing through the "Why" can help us get to the HOW! How do I cope with these feelings?
With the use of psychotherapy, I focus on assisting individuals in their journey to healing. Treatment modalities and interventions include but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. All treatment plans and goals will be tailored to each client's individual needs.
