As a multiracial, multicultural, and bilingual (Spanish) clinical psychotherapist, I am sensitive to the uniqueness of the human experience and the healing power of facing adversity. Identifying the needs and strengths of a person, with the person, is at the core of my work in therapy and psychological assessment. I collaborate with people of all ages and have the privilege of supporting individuals with emotional and behavioral concerns, relationship struggles, life transition challenges, and intergenerational and complex trauma.
My therapeutic approach is intended to be experienced as relational, holistic, and compassionate, and I utilize integrative, evidence-based interventions throughout. It can also be experienced as challenging at times, as transformational healing takes effort and courage.
Together we explore steps toward meaningful change and consider contextual forces at play to deepen awareness of ourselves and others.
