As a first-generation Latinx counselor, I understand the how cultural and societal influences impact so many parts of one’s identity and experiences. I approach counseling from a relational-cultural lens, knowing how these influences impact how you see the world. I specialize in childhood trauma, domestic violence, ADHD, depression, and anxiety.
