You do not have to be alone on this journey, I want to walk with you and help you learn how to adapt to these changes and help you become yourself again!

I am here to listen to your story, uncover your strengths, and teach you skills that may be necessary for growth. I utilize many therapeutic techniques to fit all clients' needs. I practice from a person-centered theoretical approach with a mix of Adlerian theory, cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT), and rational emotive behavioral techniques (REBT).

I work with children ages 6-10, and adults 18+ who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship stressors, grief, identity, and life transitions. I specialize in working with Hispanic and Latino women and men who struggle with emotional awareness, self-esteem, self-confidence, cultural issues, and communication. Please reach out.
