I specialize in anxiety related disorders. When you finally have time to yourself, do you struggle with being able to turn your brain off? You kick your feet up and try to alleviate stress but find that instead you’re thinking about the tasks you have to do tomorrow, what you said at work today, and that thing you have next week. You feel like you spread yourself thin, juggle a lot at once, and that you have to do everything to the absolute BEST of your ability. Maybe you can also start to be hard on yourself because you think you could do more/better/etc. At the end of the day you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and frustrated.
Together we can break down patterns you may get stuck in to start to change the way you think and feel. I can assist you in finding ways to be present, put you first, comfort in doing what you can, and find the techniques that work for you to relax and cope. I have been described as calm, non-judgmental, and compassionate & I use a person-centered approach.
It can be hard to recognize that these cycles are occurring and that you’re ready to make a change and obtain support to feel better.
