I'm Jasmin, owner of Conscious Sol Healing, LLC and I offer a safe and supportive healing space to help you on your journey. I specialize in working with adults with complex trauma who are having difficulty navigating through challenging life transitions. My purpose and goal is to help you become the BEST version of yourself by building strong coping skills, resiliency, creating mind-body connection, and a strong resource toolbox.
I offer EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, adult play therapy, and ego state parts work to heal and transform old wounds that is stuck in the mind and body. I provide a specialized treatment approach that works best for each client so that they may get the most out of our sessions together.
You are the expert and I am here to help guide you through the healing process. A lot of people say that I am very calm and they feel relaxed in my presence, which allows them to open up and feel safe.
