My ideal client is someone whom I can have a good connection and rapport with as that is the most important factor in having success in therapy as you want the client to feel comfortable to express in addition to receive things. Someone who's having challenges with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, grief and or relationships is generally ideal for me. Their needs would have to be ones that I can hopefully fulfill and assist with. Their goals should be to reduce the challenges they are having as they should want a better quality of life as I aspire that for them
I can help by utilizing CBT, behavioral modification, solution focused techniques in addition to various other skills to help them. By walking through them with their problems I can assist them into getting to a better quality of living overcoming challenges.
