My passion in my work is to sit along side those who have lost the connection to the strength and peace which lives within us all. Together, we will work to re-establish a sense of well being which you may not have felt in a while.
Starting therapy and finding a good therapist match can be challenging. As your therapist, I meet you wherever you are within your healing journey. Feeling uncertain, angry, stressed, or even empowered? All are true and acceptable emotions. I will sit with you as we seek to have a better understanding of these emotions and begin to view them differently.
In our sessions I will use traditional and holistic approaches as you begin to deepen your understanding of your self and your experiences.
