In the past I've worked with clients who struggle with communication in their relationships, feeling disconnected and stuck in negative cycles. They seek practical ways to improve dialogue, resolve conflicts, and rebuild trust. Their goals are to enhance their relationships for greater support and satisfaction. Sessions are online, providing flexibility for those with busy schedules or preferring the privacy of home. Through virtual therapy, clients learn effective communication skills and strategies to foster understanding and emotional well-being in a supportive environment.
I hope to help couples and families connect through corrective experiences and practice. My training is in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Therapy. In family therapy, I enjoy designing therapy activities inspired by the family itself. I hope to offer a thoughtful approach to exercises and activities to build security in family relationships.
