I come from a background in education and creative writing and specialize in partnering with the unconscious to understand your unique challenges and gifts. I appreciate wherever you are coming from on this stage of your life journey, and will provide a non-judgmental place to explore it all. I use EMDR, art therapy, and imaginal/somatic work to help all sorts of folks work through anxiety, depression, and trauma. We may also explore dreams, Shadow, and internal figures to help you tap into your deeper nature. I want to give you tools to reconnect to your hidden potential so that you can find flow and build new meaning.
I split my time at Mission Harbor Behavioral Health, Santa Barbara, and Solvang. I currently have availability.
