Weekend and Evenings Appts available. The focus of my work is mainly on individual adults and couples. I am EMDR trained and Gottman level 1. I enjoy a relational approach with my clients and firmly believe that the relationship I cultivate with my clients is essential to the healing process. I work with trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, failure to launch, divorce, men's issues, neurodivergence, and life transitions.
I believe we all have the ability to harness our God-given abilities in order to overcome the obstacles that are keeping us from achieving self-actualization. The theologian, C.S. Lewis wrote, "The gates of hell are locked from the inside," so whether we like it or not, whether we believe it or not, we're all, for the most part, our own worst enemies.
