Hi there, my name is Jared Novak, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of clinical experience. I work with adults, college age and up (via telehealth), and specialize in helping people feel heard, valued, and supported as they overcome challenges with relationships, better manage their anxiety/depression, and those wanting to make positive changes in their lives. My work is LGBTQIA + inclusive.
I typically work with adults who are looking to make changes in their lives, challenge themselves, and change daily routines, and perspectives. My work is very inclusive, and I love working with people who are entering therapy for the first time or have worked in therapy for many years.
My communication style is very personable, warm, and comforting while also being direct when needed. I work hard to create sessions where people feel they can be honest with themselves and feel supported opening up to a stranger (me). I welcome people to a nonjudgmental space where they can experience support for seeking help and bettering themselves.
